Final Payment: $800 – paid within 8 weeks of your initial deposit. If you need a payment plan – just ask us! Want to pay in full – no worries. We are here to help you make the move to the USA!
*The total program fee is $1095, but to get the ball rolling you only need to make an initial payment of $295!

As a US Department of State requirement, you will need to purchase travel insurance for the duration of your visa, that meets the necessary level of cover to be eligible for the visa. IEP offers a range of appropriate travel insurance options for every traveller, and these policies meet the requirements. Your Work Permit will not be released until you can provide proof that you have purchased travel insurance that meets the requirements of the state department. It is not required to purchase travel insurnace until after you have signed up for Work USA Winter Jobs. If you have any questions, please contact IEP for further information.
Proof of Funds
To be allowed to enter USA on a 12 month J-1 visa you must show a proof of funds of $US1,000 if you arrive with a job offer and $US2,000 without a job offer.
