Summer Camp USA Jobs

What kind of jobs do summer camps in American have?

IEP has sent 1000’s of counsellors to summer camp in America to teach sports and other activities for over 16 years. The Summer Camps in America love to hire hard working, enthusiastic, qualified young kiwis to be responsible camp counsellors.

As a camp counsellor you generally live in a cabin with about 3-10 children and share the responsibility for them with other counsellors. You will be expected to set a good example, ensuring the children keep themselves and the cabin clean and that they eat their food and follow the camp routine.

Summer Camp Activities

Check out what camp activities are in demand. Applicants with teaching experience or qualifications in activities highlighted a better chance of placement since more camps offer them as activities or there is a shortage of qualified applicants in these areas.
